The place was dated, as is typical in Europe, yet it was very clean and well located; Daniel who greeted us was very helpful and extremely nice, the room was quiet which we appreciated, though it would have been better to have someone in the facilities in person after mid‑afternoon.

The facilities were good and the price was fair, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and well furnished, but it was quite far from the main sights, though close to Termini station which helped with transport.

The location is solid and the Termini area can be pretty interesting, but a lot needs fixing: the photos were misleading, the air dryer didn’t work, and there was only one electric outlet in the entire room. The worst part was the 10 am checkout; the cleaner started opening the doors while I was still inside, ignoring my calls that I was coming back—unacceptable!
