The staff were very friendly, met all our extra requests, the rooms were spacious and quiet, the location was good, and the hotel design was very impressive.

The view was decent and the hotel staff responded promptly, yet the cleaning was subpar—the mini‑bar hadn’t been cleared at all and appeared never to have been opened, and there were items left behind by the previous guest, which is unacceptable for a property of this level and makes you wonder about the rest of the room. The spa required a day‑ahead reservation and was closed on Saturday, which I found confusing. Dinner service and the food itself were merely passable.
