I liked the location, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The bathroom lacked a proper drainage system, which left the bathroom and room dirty and wet, and there was no room‑service to keep the space clean.

“Recomendable”

I found the place super comfy and spot on, just a 5‑minute walk from Grand Place, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby and close to the central station. The staff were very friendly, and even though the rooms are small and not cleaned daily, they offered to change the towels if needed. The facilities are basic but work perfectly.

The hotel is very expensive; a room for three people at 300 euro is too much.

“LA PERFECTION ULTIME.”

Lorsque nous sommes venue à Bruxelles le 15 septembre nous avions réservé ailleurs et arrivé devant l'hôtel a minuit l'hôtel était fermé alors que nous avions confirmé l'heure d'arrivée, nous nous sommes donc rendu a cette hotel vers les 1h00 du matin sans réservation, et quel n'a pas été notre surprise d'être accueilli par une personne des plus formidable, chaleureux, professionnel et d'une gentillesse des plus remarquables. M. HERMANN, écrit en majuscule car il mérite d'être cité comme tel, mérite le salut de ses supérieurs car ils ont une chance d'avoir a leurs côté une personne comme lui. Il mérite tout notre respect. Un IMMENSE MERCI à vous. Ps: désolé pour le retard de l'avis.☺️
