According to the rate, breakfast wasn’t included in the room price. Overall, the location is very good, everything for living is nearby, and the metro is also close.

The balcony had a washing machine and a place to dry clothes. Everything else was terrible. Starting with the location: it’s not even 300 m from Xili metro (exit F). The hotel staff didn’t send any instructions on how to find it, so we wandered around the dark neighborhood for 1.5 hours in the evening looking for the hotel and only found it unexpectedly far from the metro. The worst part came later. Check‑in was scheduled from 19:00 to 20:00, but because we arrived around 22:00 after searching, they told us the room wasn’t ready and to wait. Then they said they couldn’t give us a room at all that day. They offered a two‑floor room as a replacement, but it fell apart and the manager took us to some dirty alleyway, to a hotel where we ended up in a tiny, windowless room that was dirty, smoky, with damp in the bathroom—it was clearly unclean and disgusting. They still charged us the same amount. It was a scam. The next morning we finally moved, but the impression was completely ruined. For anyone looking for these “wonderful apartments,” exit the metro at exit F, stand facing the street you exited onto, turn left, walk to street 366, turn onto it, walk to the end, cross the pedestrian crossing, go left uphill, and after a short walk you’ll find the building. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, not the 1st.

The location is good—close to the metro and many places to eat. No other positives. On the first day I bought clothes, brought them to the room in a store bag with the receipt inside. The next day the room was emptied—no clothes, no bag. I asked to check the cameras (the manager promised a tripled refund if theft was found). They looked, and NO ONE was in the room. The room was empty, but it was emptied—makes sense. Five hours later they decided to show something; a girl knocked on the door non‑stop at 12:00 am, with a “do not disturb” sign, and even when I opened the door and showed the sign five times, it didn’t bother her. I go to bed early, I don’t want late guests. I didn’t go with her; I had to say goodbye anyway. There’s no safe, so valuable items must be carried with you. Less valuable items you can’t take, but you must be ready to lose them. The description said the entrance is on the first floor—there’s none, it’s on the second, go up the stairs with your luggage. Only above that is an elevator. The photo of the room with a nice view is fake; the building is low—one of the photos shows that, and such a view simply can’t exist. And the staff claim to speak English—none of the reception girls know English.

I liked everything… the room was huge.

The location, cleanliness, and space were good. It’s hard to find and access initially because of the long steps before the reception.
