The location was fine, but I told the staff about a mess on the floor outside the lift on our floor when we arrived, and it was still there when we left two days later.

The staff were fantastic and the view was incredible, but they forgot to apply the 50.00 credit I had paid when booking the room.

The room’s location and view were great, yet the AC didn’t work; after the airshow the room stayed hot and humid, so I called the front desk and maintenance cleaned the unit, which cooled it somewhat but still wasn’t comfortable for sleeping. The bigger issue was the valet service: when my car was returned the next morning it looked as though someone had rummaged through all the compartments, items were missing from where I left them and most of the glove‑box contents were on the passenger floor, and nobody could explain what happened when I spoke to the valet.
