The breakfast was excellent and the proprietor was courteous; the climate makes it necessary to have a good air‑conditioning system, otherwise the high temperatures make it hard to rest.
The proprietor was very friendly and approachable, the property was nice, elegant and well furnished, the room spacious, with a shaded and pleasant outdoor garden; we appreciated that they allowed our small dog to join the breakfast room—something not common even in pet‑friendly hotels and B&Bs. The lack of air‑conditioning was a drawback; on the nights we stayed it was hot and the provided fan didn’t give the expected relief.

The room was spacious, bright and clean; the proprietor was super kind and very helpful, with breakfast prepared on the spot that was much appreciated; we will return. No complaints.

The proprietor was very accommodating; the breakfast was rich and varied for all needs. The room was small, leaving little space, but it was fine—we just had to sleep!
L'ambiente, immerso nella collina bolognese, è tranquillo e la struttura è molto accogliente, ben tenuta e ricca di pezzi unici antichi. La signora Fabiana è molto socievole, disponibile e gentilissima, così come il suo compagno. Buona colazione anche se mi aspettavo un po' più di prodotti dolciari artigianali, buonissimo il pane da tostare. Purtroppo siamo capitati in un periodo di caldo anomalo e la struttura (che di per sé è fresca grazie ai grossi muri di una volta) non aveva l'aria condizionata nelle camere. Ma la signora Fabiana ha detto che porrà presto rimedio
