“Great location with greenery, river and sea with friendly hosts”
The hosts were very accommodating and the location was right on the sea and by the river. Daily cleaning could be improved.

The environment was beautifully arranged, like a Monet garden. Walking trails, waves, and wildlife observation were all very convenient. The host was friendly, and the small animals were adorable. Overall, it was a lovely and surprising place. It’s located in Yánliáo, about a 25‑minute drive from the city, so traveling back and forth is a bit tiring; however, the benefit of being away from light pollution is that the starry sky is stunning on clear nights. The accommodation’s soundproofing is average, so at night you can hear heavy traffic, rain, or waves, which might bother sensitive ears.

The staff were extremely friendly and warm, welcoming us with a bonfire and offering great tips for trips, restaurants, etc., even after we left—giving us the best local restaurant recommendation for our Taiwan trip. The room was generous, with a smaller bathroom that had a shower and toilet in one, which didn’t bother us because everything dried quickly. Fresh, self‑prepared breakfast in the outdoor pavilion was very tasty! The relaxing setup right on the sea with ocean sounds was wonderful. The only downside was truck noise from the street, though it wasn’t disturbing in the room.

We stayed at one of the most amazing and unique places during our Taiwan trip—a magical little gem in nature right by the sea, with cozy and peaceful rooms that created the perfect relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly, the family that hosted us was the most special in the world; I’ve never been hosted like this before. They treated us like family and made us feel at home. In the evening we all sat together around a fire outside, a truly memorable experience we’ll cherish forever. Don’t miss this amazing place.
