I booked for the festival period and was allowed to park early, which was a huge help since nearby lots were expected to be packed. The front desk being on the second floor meant I had to climb stairs, which really hurt my feet—maybe an elevator existed somewhere, but I didn’t find it.

The large bath comes with a sauna and cold plunge, and the front staff were friendly. It would have been nicer to be able to use the big bath in the morning, and the towels we borrowed were slick and dirty. My bed felt a little itchy, and although I didn’t leave anything on the door, there were signs someone else had entered the room.

I appreciated the free parking, but the bathroom exhaust fan was covered in dust.

Nearby restaurants, a supermarket, and a very good hot spring made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. No negatives.
