The room’s layout and furnishings were good. The bathroom flooded throughout the stay because it lacked a shower divider and had a bad drain. Afterward we had to pay extra for the breakfast drinks (coffee and water) because they were not included in the breakfast that was advertised – this was not mentioned beforehand and drinks are also placed on the table without asking. There was almost no staff speaking English.

The location was generally good, and the house had a nice garden and terrace. We were moved to a different hotel because the host gave our Booking‑booked room to another guest who had not booked through Booking. The alternative was more or less a hassle for the same price. The breakfast was sparse – we had to pay extra for a second cup of coffee and tea.

The calm, nature, spectacular view, and abundance of animals made it a perfect place to relax. Nothing was lacking.

The hotel is beautifully situated with a fantastic view over Peshkopi. It’s clean and luxurious, the garden is stunning and exudes a relaxed vibe, great for dining and watching sunsets. The staff are friendly and attentive. Everything was good.
