It was a snug little cabin tucked in a quiet village, and the lady running it was super helpful even though we all spoke no Spanish. We got by with a lot of gestures and Google Translate. She kept the wood stove going all day while we hit the slopes at Corralco, so coming back to a warm, cozy place was a relief.

Four of us adults came back in the afternoon and the cabin was already lit up with a little fire—nice, warm vibes. Sheets and towels were clean, no complaints there. The only hiccup was the breakfast area felt a bit cramped, but honestly, it didn't matter much.

Perfect spot to use as a base. The staff were attentive, especially when they set up the salamandra. Nothing else to note.

The cabin stayed very warm, and the stove was solid. We also liked the good quincho and the semi‑covered parking for snowy days. The only thing that could use a tweak is the ignition of the calefont—it takes a bit longer to start.

Very cozy, and for both days the fire was already going, keeping the cabin warm. Everything was spotless and fully equipped. All in all, excellent—100% recommend.
