Good location. The bathroom was dirty, the trash bin was very dirty and stinky. The sewage smell in the house was awful. The walls, mirror, washbasin, shower head looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The water was very weak, solar-powered but didn’t heat up. Booked 2 nights on booking for about 1.6 million but couldn’t stay, had to check out early. The room was worth 200‑300k but during the holiday it went up to nearly 800k. Terrible for a service person.
The place sits on the main road, making it easy to get around. The facilities are only average, even falling behind some guesthouses that offer breakfast, tea, coffee, and a water bottle. It seems to be a family-run business. The rooms are old and poorly maintained, with furniture that looks dated. Trash hadn’t been collected yet, and the bed linens, pillows, and mattress were still in the box when I checked in; the staff explained that the previous guest had forgotten to clean up. When I left, I offered a small suggestion but the staff didn’t show the courtesy of a service provider, acting more like a host who thinks his place is just a notch above a guesthouse. The price was high for what was offered: 792K per double room per night, booked through a travel site. I arrived at 17:00 and checked out at 09:00. I hope the owner will improve the service so future guests have a better experience.

This place is super close to the beach, which is a big plus. The location is convenient, and I didn't have to worry about getting around. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a beachside spot.
