Location correct but that’s all. Breakfast was included, but the staff who spoke no English and made no effort gave me no indication. In the morning I searched for the dining room myself and found it closed; an on‑site agent told me “no breakfast.” I went to reception for explanations and was eventually told that at that moment one had to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, with a coupon given then. I had to insist for the reception agent to point out the restaurant in question. He had not taken the initiative. And the restaurant was quite dirty and the staff as unengaged as the hotel’s. The food was poor quality. The room had a window overlooking a wall, and there was limescale in the toilet.
