I absolutely despise this place. Even though we booked for three nights, we were forced to leave by 12 noon each morning and could only check in at 9 pm. We didn’t leave on the first day and got hit with an extra 30,000 WON. The policies are absurd, the staff are shockingly rude, and the elevators feel hostile—nothing here is enjoyable.

The room was spacious and the environment was comfortable.

It’s close to Yeongdeungpo Station and has two elevators. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, the sink didn’t drain well, the front desk staff talked a lot and made a lot of noise, and the bed was too hard.

I booked this on a whim while traveling for business. It’s near Yeongdeungpo Station, and although it’s called a hotel, it feels more like a motel—still a high‑end one among them. The location is great, parking is easy, and I ordered delivery for dinner, finding plenty of good spots. I’d stay again. The name says hotel, but it’s really a motel. I was surprised that check‑in was at 9 pm, though they said it’s available from 6 pm (extra charge on weekends). Also, the elevator had a faint cigarette smell.
