It was too far away, and the sink tap didn’t work, so I had to use the shower tap to wash my hands. The shower splashed water everywhere, including onto the heater, which felt dangerous. The location was also very bad. However, the room itself was comfortable

There was nothing good to say. The staff struggled with both local and English communication, the room wasn’t cleaned, towels were wet, and I had to wait until 6 pm for my three rooms to be ready; only one employee was on duty during the busy season on 31 DEC 25.

The water heater worked fine, but the floor in my room was dirty and I spotted mold on the ceiling; they also didn’t provide a hairdryer.

Nothing at all, very disappointing. The area feels abandoned and it seems to be in a state of neglect.
