The owner was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is simple but practically located, and it meets the expectations one might have for this type of establishment (good value for money).
“Более-менее нормальный вариант за эти деньги.”
The place was tidy and perfectly situated near the metro, with attractive hotel décor and daily towel changes. The building only has five rooms sharing a common hall, and the hall’s tables, dishes and kettle are used by everyone; without a strict schedule—lights out at 23:00, wake‑up at 08:00—sleep is impossible because there is no soundproofing and noise from the hall leaks straight into the rooms. The host never hands out the intercom key, so each arrival requires ringing the downstairs intercom, and that noise is clearly heard inside the rooms—once it woke me at 3 am. Being on the top floor of a residential block right under the roof makes the room stuffy as soon as the air‑conditioner is turned off, apparently because the roof heats up in the sun. Opening the window is useless without a mosquito net. The rooms are very small, cramped for two people. There is an elevator, but it is old and feels unsafe to ride. The listing claimed a “wonderful breakfast,” yet I can’t see how two eggs and a sandwich with ham and cheese qualify as wonderful; there was no variety, the host prepared a single dish and that’s all you get. Still, it’s at least a breakfast, even if very simple.
“Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık”
The location is great, close to everything. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, making you feel at home, and they helped with everything; thanks for everything.
During a day at the Rondo Hotel, water pipe repairs caused a water outage. The owner supplied temporary toilet flushing water and immediately refunded the hotel price for that day. The hotel had been booked through an online booking website that stated they accepted cash, but the money had already been paid. The hotel then contacted the online booking website to request a refund.
“An excellent place to stay in Tbi lisi”
The rooms were comfortable in a nice neighbourhood, very close to the Marjanishvili metro station. But the real highlight was the lady of the house. She is very friendly and has a solution for every problem. Nothing else.
