The place feels very cozy; Mrs. Mimi is incredibly attentive and friendly. The décor is lovely, and the setting is quiet and comfortable. I would recommend it. Everything was great.

The room was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and gave us a complimentary breakfast. Coffee, coconut tea, and filtered water were available all day. As other reviewers mentioned, the hotel sits on a steep hill, but the acclimatisation was good. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are beautiful, the location is excellent next to cafés and restaurants, and it’s only a short walk to the central plaza—perfect for preparing for hikes. Mimi, the host, is warm and accommodating. The views of Cusco are great. The value for what you get is excellent!

Best stay in Peru, super friendly owner, top location within walking distance of everything in Cusco. Very helpful and warm shower. Nothing was wrong; everything was fine!
