Located in Ulaanbaatar's city centre, it features a sauna, sun terrace, indoor play area, lounge, coffee shop, and outdoor seating. Nearby attractions include Mongolia National Park, the International Intellectual Museum, and an ice-skating rink, with attentive staff and clean rooms.

It’s just the perfect hostel. There are so many common spaces and it’s all pristine and so fancy. The staff are so sweet and friendly and the beds and dorms are fantastic. Shower is super hot and the breakfast is decent too

The staff were numerous and very friendly, and the décor in the common areas and my room was pretty. The Wi‑Fi was perfect. We had plenty of guides to visit Ulaan Bator. I liked being able to wash my clothes for $3. I took advantage of a free Genius upgrade and the room was single with a sink, shower and toilet—so for that price it was really great, plus a robe was included. On the downside, there were a lot of hair from previous guests on the floor of the room and in the shower. The shower only offered cold water. The air‑conditioning had been replaced by a fan in the room. The room’s poor soundproofing meant I was woken early and annoyed by neighbors talking in the hallway. I’m also very unhappy with the false claims on the website: there is no airport shuttle, the airport is 60 km away not 16 km, there are no beverage or snack dispensers, no on‑site supermarket, the services shown are outside the hotel, there is no usable terrace, the elevator stops one floor below, there is no hair salon, no office in the room, not even a chair! The “daily cleaning” was for the common areas only; in the room there was zero cleaning for 8 days. The reviews were also misleading—breakfast supposedly fabulous? location supposedly excellent? There was no choice for breakfast, it was dry and suffocating, the neighborhood was far from the center, ugly and outside the black market, with no tourist activities.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the shower stall in the private room had extremely slippery floors.

Clean facilities. We did not really pay attention when booking. We thought we booked pods but actually we ended up in a dormitory. There is only 1 room with pods but mostly it is dormitory so we felt deceived
