The staff were very friendly and gave useful advice, and the location was good. However, the restaurant was closed because of renovations and the elevator was broken.

The breakfast was rather disappointing, especially compared to other B&B HOTEL places we stayed at; there was no toaster and no eggs offered. Moreover, the hotel was noisy in the rooms, especially early in the morning, which made it hard to sleep peacefully. We were let down compared to our previous experiences at other B&B HOTEL properties.

The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were very welcoming; the beverage dispenser was well stocked, and we will return.
