The reception staff were very competent.

The location was good, but the heating was off, which was a shame.

The welcome was good, the bedding was nice, the shower in the bathroom worked well, and the breakfast was decent; however, there was no hair dryer and no hand‑washing products.

The bedding was great and the place was quiet; I thought there would be shower and shampoo products, a hair dryer, and a kettle.
