The hosts were brilliant and very accommodating. The rooms were excellent and the children were happy. It was quiet, and though it was the north end of town, the tram was just a 2‑minute walk away.

The owners, Rebecca and Mark, were brilliant from arrival to departure, always polite and ready to help; the price was very affordable and the bar was reasonable. We had a room that let our grandson play with plenty of toys, and it was spacious enough for tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, complete with a kettle, hair dryer, and straighteners. The shower and toilet were good, and the room was clean—better than some pricier dives in Blackpool. Breakfast was spot on that morning, with plenty of choices we had picked the night before. It’s quite far up the North end, but a tram stop is just a 5‑minute walk along the seafront, so that was no problem. Definitely coming back.

Getting to our room was easy, and the game/toy room for our son was a hit. Nothing else to mention.

The host was lovely, the rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was great—couldn’t ask for anything more, so I’d definitely stay there again.
