Quiet and peaceful at night, with parking and a restaurant on the courts serving good beer and pizza.
I found the place quiet, but the balcony was attached to the neighboring room, so a stranger sat by the bathroom window and WC, and we had no access to the balcony. This architectural nonsense could at least be fixed with a barbed wire so room number one wouldn't have a view of the neighbor's windows.
The parking was closed at night, but the room was filthy: the carpets were awful, the bathroom was terrible, hair lay on the sink, the window from the bathroom and the balcony let in another guest who smoked regularly, and the whole room smelled bad, making ventilation impossible. The bedroom lacked a window latch, only a small vent could be opened, privacy was zero, and it was room 1.
Inexpensive and clean
The environment was pleasant, clean, and the staff friendly, yet breakfast had shortcomings: on one day coffee cost 55 CZK and there was no water, while the next day the same breakfast came with free coffee and a pitcher of orange water. The service could use more training.
