Broadford Hotel

A friendly staff, but the price/quality ratio is a disaster. The lobby, carpet and rooms look very worn out, and the cleanliness is just acceptable. The windows in the dining room are so dirty that they were probably only cleaned right before the Queen's visit. Since we didn't want to leave a bad review only on the portal, we did so at check‑out. The lady was very kind and explained that Isle of Sky with Edinburgh is one of the most expensive districts. We are baffled how an 8.0 rating could result.

“Super Hotel sehr zu empfehlen”

Best breakfast ever! Very friendly staff and right next to a great bar. There was nothing to complain about.

“Average hotel, completely overpriced. Wouldn't stay here again”

Breakfast was average at best, but all the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was completely overpriced, very average, the room was large but shabby, and there was a large gap over the bathroom window that let in brick. No towels were in the room, so I had to ask for them. The bar’s food was very poor and overpriced, though it did offer a good selection of drinks and the staff were pleasant.
