The hotel’s location, room size, pleasant restaurant, and very complete breakfast are all positives. The staff welcome was impeccable. On the downside, the pools close at 18h, which is frustrating after a long travel day when you’re paying a premium for a high‑end hotel. The rooms smelled of tobacco and weren’t spotless.

Everything was perfect! Every staff member was helpful and polite. I adored the balcony view over the Dead Sea—it was so relaxing and beautiful. The pools were impeccably maintained and the staff were friendly. The restaurants served fabulous food; I especially enjoyed Bacchus. The lady singer in the evening entertainment had a beautiful voice. I also appreciated the hotel’s peacefulness and the birds that added a wonderful atmosphere. The only minor gripe is that the pool music could be a bit quieter; the steady thump, thump noise was audible from the room and not everyone enjoys it. The breakfast music was nice but could have been softer.

The breakfast was great and the restaurant spot is excellent, overlooking the Dead Sea. I didn’t miss anything; the stay was comfortable and I hope to experience it again.
