The hot spring and breakfast were good, but the staff’s attitude was far from friendly.

It was nice that the two‑day entrance fee was included, but when I left something behind and called, they confirmed they had it and agreed to send it by cash‑on‑delivery, yet it never got shipped.
“Would probably only stay a night or two.”
I could use the sento all day and I love the area, but I had to keep the wrist band on the whole time.

The location was great, letting us hop straight from Spa World into the hotel without any hassle. Unfortunately, the moment I stepped into the room I was hit by a foul smell, especially coming from a cushion on the bed that reeked like someone who hadn’t used the bath for a month, which made me wonder if the cleaning had been skipped.
“心残りがある”
Having the pool and the hot‑spring area together let me relax and have fun, which I really enjoyed. The downside was that the instructions for using the pool and spa on the second day were sloppy, causing extra hassle and making me lose my place in the line I had originally secured at the front.
