The staff were incredibly available, pointing us toward sights, safety tips, themed restaurants and special services—really went above and beyond. The only downside was the price: the rate shown online was lower than what we were charged at check‑in, and the front desk confirmed the higher amount on their own app, leaving us feeling misled by the booking site. I’ve reached out to them but haven’t heard back yet.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The staff were warm and constantly checked on us, even bringing little water bags at night, which made us feel right at home. No real complaints—just a pleasant, hassle‑free stay.

The hotel is right near Pasto's main downtown sights. Spotless rooms, super attentive staff who deserve a shout‑out. Breakfast was great and the décor feels freshly updated as of October 2025. I’d definitely come back.
