“Price gauging at its finest”

The location was good and the rooms were nice, but the price was over the top: it cost 495 for one night, and if I had booked a day later it would have been 140.

The room was spacious, easy to reach, and the breakfast was varied, warm, and parking was free. We arrived at 5 am, and despite the staff knowing this, they didn’t set up the sofa bed that could be opened. They refused to arrange the sofa and only gave us the bedding so we had to set it up ourselves. The sofa was so uncomfortable that the springs hurt my back, forcing my child to sleep on the floor like in a campsite. For a hotel price, this is outrageous. There weren’t enough towels for a party of five. The shower taps didn’t work properly, so there was no water flow, and we couldn’t separate the lower and upper taps. The toilets felt as if they were about to break. Breakfast lacked spreadable cheeses, was not appetizing, and there was no vegetable at all. It was truly disappointing.
