The team was very polite and welcoming, even offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was amazing—spacious with a breathtaking view, beautifully decorated, and we loved the fireplace. I was celebrating my birthday and a cake in our room was a nice surprise (thank you!). We dined at Akira Back, and the food was delicious; the server was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Dear Josephine served excellent cocktails and the staff was great. The breakfast was also delicious with many options.

“Perfect place in the middle of Montana”

The room was huge and really cute, with a nice comfy bed, perfect design, and awesome views from both the bed and the bathtub. The bathroom was also huge, featuring a bathtub and shower, and I loved the MONTROI products there; it had a custom scent for the hotel that I adored. The other hotel facilities were amazing too—outdoor pool and spa were top notch. Service was perfect; everyone was really nice, helpful, and just there to make life easier. A shoutout to Rose, who was the best. Breakfast included in the room rate was also excellent. The only downside was that they charge $60+ per night per car for valet parking.

This is a stunning property in a stunning location, and our room was gorgeous and spacious. The service, however, fell a long way short of a resort of this level. While the staff were individually lovely and trying their best, the overall impression was not good and, to be honest, it became comical by the end of our stay. We were not warned before arrival to book the restaurants in the hotel because they would be busy. To be fair, our "hostesses" did manage bookings, but only after my husband made a fuss.
