I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel; the spot is great, making it simple to get around and explore; the hotel feels modern, stylish, and spotless, with everything well maintained; the room was comfy and fresh with a contemporary vibe; overall, a fantastic experience and I’d gladly return.

The balcony view and location were amazing; the staff were friendly, the room was beautiful with a huge bed and a fantastic bathroom, and I loved it. It wasn’t far from the local metro if it was operating, but we walked into central Naples in an hour. Nothing I can think of to criticize.

The stay was truly perfect. The property is stunning, elegant, and meticulously detailed, almost like a luxury spa. Despite its ultra-central position in Mergellina, I was impressed by how quiet the room was—no outside noise at all. I especially enjoyed the welcome with prosecco and the personalized sweet message, a touch that made me feel instantly pampered. The staff were wonderful, always ready and attentive; any request was handled immediately with a quick message. The location is fantastic, right in Mergellina, and having Bar Napoli open 24/7 below the building is super convenient, whether you just want a coffee or a bite at any hour. Everything was impeccable, and I’m sure that when I return to Naples I’ll always choose this place. Nothing negative at all; I found no shortcomings during my stay.

The location is very nice, with good restaurants and not overly touristy. The whole stay had a slight smell of fresh paint; the doors are thin with big gaps so you hear everything outside; the front rooms are right at the receptionist desk.
