Breakfast was tasty, though we missed items like yogurt, sausages, or scrambled eggs; the destination offers stunning mountain views and absolute tranquility, and the owner is fantastic with travel advice—highly recommended.

Breakfast was amazing, the host was fantastic, she gave us great tips, lent us a grill, and we enjoyed some excellent wine from relatives in Lower Austria.

The hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The old farmhouse is in good shape, quiet, and a great launchpad for exploring the Hohe Tauern National Park, Krimmler Waterfalls, the park center, and the Großglockner High Alpine Road. The only downside was the floor creaking loudly and the bathroom fan in the attic room 4 making a big noise at night, waking everyone up.

We found a lovely place just a stone's throw from Mittersill. The view from the window and terrace shows the hills, and it's quiet and peaceful. Ms. Nicol was very friendly and accommodating. We had a garage with charging for our e‑bikes, and breakfast had homemade bread.

Nicole greeted us with enthusiasm, and the house's location is perfect for anyone looking for mountain tranquility. From our window or balcony we could see the partly snow‑covered peaks – a dream. It’s an ideal base for hikes of any level, and we even took trips to the Krimmler Waterfalls, Hochmoor, or just strolled along the valley. On rainy days we could head to museums or shop in Kitzbühel, or drive through the Felbertauerntunnel to Lienz.
