I had to cancel my booking because the pool, which was a must for me given the hot weather during my stay, was empty as described, so it was a disappointment.

I loved my stay here! The dorm beds were very private thanks to the curtains, and having an en‑suite bathroom in the room was a huge plus. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and a huge thank you to the staff, especially Chan, who was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. He even took the time to show me around on his bike, introducing me to some amazing hidden gems around the city. Had such an incredible time here. Thanks for everything!

The pool was great, the staff were friendly, the place was clean, and it was good value for money.

The location was superb, the bedding was very comfortable, and the reception staff were very friendly. The pool was unusable for the four days I stayed, even though that’s a key selling point of the property, and the breakfast staff were not very pleasant.
