Central location, free parking reachable in about 7 minutes. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us.

Check‑in went smoothly. The place is well‑located, the room is large and comfortable, and the bed was comfy but dirty, so I brought my own sheets. The host communicated well and was very responsive. However, the property is in a terrible state: it’s disgusting and dirty, with hair everywhere—even on the bed. The walls have holes, dust on the headboard, the windows are filthy, and the wardrobe is full of ripped, yellowed pillows. The AC can’t cool the big room, the fridge is a joke and barely works, and there’s no iron—though a 15€ iron could be left in the common hallway. The towels had a moldy smell. Parking is a 6‑7 minute walk, which I knew beforehand, but there are supposed to be four spots, and they’re cramped; other guests parked and ruined the space. A little paint would help with spot designation. The parking is outside, not a garage, and the area is dirty with bushes and trash in the corners.
