Hotel Lido, a family‑run gem in central Grado, opened in 1961 and sits just a five‑minute stroll from the Adriatic beach. Its spacious, carpeted rooms feature private bathrooms, showers, hairdryers, satellite TV, and balconies overlooking the town. A cozy lounge with sofas and TV offers relaxation, while proximity to Trieste (50 km) and Venice (150 km) enhances accessibility.

The mattress was stained and old, hidden under three different comforters that were also dirty, with crumbs and hair. The cushions were very hard, heavy, and yellowed. The towels were old, stiff, and as thin as kitchen towels. Inside the courtyard there was a large construction site.

The location is great, right in the center. Nearby there's a nice small restaurant and a breakfast spot. The hotel itself is quiet, pleasant, and a wonderful place to relax. Everything was fine, though the balcony could use a little improvement.

Perfect hotel for a short or long stay in Grado. The room was well equipped, breakfast was good. It sits right in the city centre but remains calm and quiet. The beach is nearby, and you can find good restaurants close by.

The host was kind. There was a lift. We stayed in a small apartment. We had to leave our bicycles on the street, but a secured bike storage allowed us to lock them safely. There was no soap at all, not even a small or liquid one.
