The accommodation was very nice and clean, and its proximity to the sea was a big plus. Private parking was offered in a secure gated lot in the building next door, just a short walk from the rooms. Vincenzo was friendly and helpful.

The B&B is just a few steps from the sea, right on the promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto, and the location is perfect and central. The building feels modern, every detail is cared for, it’s spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owner stands out for his great friendliness, readiness and attentiveness to guests. I really liked being able to reserve a parking spot in a fenced area right nearby and to use an umbrella and sunbeds at the beach club in front of the property. The breakfast is also excellent, made fresh on the spot and tailored to each guest’s needs. It was a truly pleasant stay: I absolutely recommend this place.
