The staff were courteous and helpful, the location was perfect for our layover, and the place was very quiet; we even got an upgrade to a suite on the 5th floor!

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was okay, and dinner at the restaurant was very good, but the room stayed too warm; turning the thermostat didn’t lower the temperature, whereas the hallway was noticeably cooler.

Breakfast was good, but the waiters clearing plates while you’re still seated isn’t standard for breakfast; I understand keeping the table tidy, but breakfast is a relaxed time—plates, cutlery, and glasses can be taken when you stand up for a second round at the buffet, not while you’re still sitting.

The building sits surrounded by greenery and stays clean, but for a 4‑star hotel I expected a higher level of hospitality and service. The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly; at times it felt like they were doing us a favor. The bathroom in the room was quite old and didn’t match the standards of a hotel of this class. Overall the experience was disappointing and fell short of a 4‑star rating.
