“Relaxed”

Everyone on the staff was friendly and spoke good English. Even though the building was a bit old, everything was polished and clean. The garden was absolutely beautiful. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been better if there had been no mosquitoes.

I’m very satisfied with my stay at Niwas Ayutthaya. The location is incredibly convenient, with monuments, restaurants, and walking spots all nearby. It’s perfect for exploring Ayutthaya on foot at your own pace. Thank you for a lovely stay!

“Calme et reposant”

The staff were very welcoming and smiling, and the place was very friendly. Bicycles were available for free use, and most activities were within easy reach by bike. The cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable, with lovely décor, a calm and relaxing garden. The isolation was not convincing, yet the distance from the road still kept most of the noise away. The city was particularly quiet at night during my stay.

The garden was very pretty, the staff attentive and friendly. The place was clean, well decorated, with a large terrace, free bicycles, and an excellent location close to the ruins. A cat that cried for two days was a downside.
