Objectively, the condition is poor: a dead cockroach at the entrance, a toilet problem with sewage smell, a leaking roof during a storm, and it was cold in October because the heating was off. Breakfast was simple and monotonous, no coffee. The owners are friendly, and the terrace offers a nice city view. I’ve already described the issues above; the place is average, perhaps a string of misfortunes, but still.

The breakfast was decent and the view was fantastic, but you can’t pay by card—cash is required up front. There’s no hot water in the shower, and you can’t bring a kettle into the room. You have to request the air‑conditioning control, and the room only has one chair. The walls between rooms are thin, and the owners seem to be penny‑pinching grumps.

The location is quiet with a beautiful view of the city and surrounding hills; the homemade breakfast outdoors offers a great view, and the hostess is nice, though the main road is a few minutes' walk away, the view is worth it.

Everything was fantastic: friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, and a lovely room.
