“Excelente lugar en un entorno inmejorable”

The location in Dobrota was a good choice, excellent view from the hotel, breakfast by the sea was great! The room was decorated with very good taste, comfortable and very clean. It was hard to get a taxi to Kotor, but we managed and enjoyed it.

Very disappointing stay – accommodations were not as advertised We traveled as two couples and booked two rooms at Hotel Sara based on the descriptions, photographs, facilities, and amenities shown . Unfortunately, what we received was materially different from what was advertised. Both reservation confirmations specifically stated: “Entire unit located on ground floor.” In reality, we had to climb approximately 21 steps to reach our rooms. There was no elevator, no alternative way to avoid the stairs, and no assistance with our luggage. There were many other problems: • No advertised room view. Both confirmations listed “View” as a room facility, but our rooms did not have the advertised view. The attractive view was from the office/breakfast area. • Very poor overall condition. The property was advertised as a three-star hotel, but in our experience, the cleanliness, maintenance, furnishings, and facilities were far below what we expected from that description. • Dirty linens . • Old and uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. • Defective toilet that continuously ran/leaked unless manually stopped. • Extremely poor shower water pressure, making it very difficult to take a normal shower. • Insufficient hot water. After one person showered, there was not enough hot water for the second guest without waiting for the small water heater to recover. • Mold and very poor ventilation in bathrooms. • Broken or unusable beach equipment. • Advertised parking was not provided. Our confirmations stated: “Self parking for one vehicle per booked unit per stay.” We booked two rooms and had only one vehicle for four people, yet the hotel could not provide even one parking space for us

Really nice view of the mountains. Horrible shower with very low water pressure. On the first day, there was no hot water, and when I called the staff, they told me I had to wait 15 minutes between showers for the heating to work. They eventually moved me to another room because it didn't work even after waiting. The staff lacks proper training, as they lacked tact when resolving problems. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable

“Très bien”

Very good hotel, super well located. The staff was very friendly and could help us as soon as we had a question. The bathroom tap was a bit worn, but that didn’t stop us from having a good stay.

“In die Jahre gekommen - wenig gastfreundlich.”

Location, parking, own beach. Dark room with almost no daylight, old equipment, breakfast bland and not very tasty, no good coffee, staff not very friendly. Photos of the accommodation are not up to date. The beach chairs were broken. No beach umbrellas.
