The buffet was good, but there were a lot of people.
The staff were very courteous.

I stayed at El Paso and the pool was great, the room was tidy, the bed super comfy, and the location was spot on—just a short walk to Renfe, which was super convenient. The food was excellent, especially the fresh avocado they served at the cold buffet. The only downside was a faint smell of vomit in a few spots around Portaventura; it seemed like the drains needed attention.

The place was filthy—every surface was dirty, the linens were unclean, and there were hair strands in the shower. It was a nightmare; I would not recommend it.
