Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
This hotel is excellent in every way. From design to service with a lot of emphasis on details. A perfect hideaway in beautiful Beijing. I will come back. We returned after two years and honestly it was again an excellent experience. Staff and service are top. All our wishes were fulfilled. Many thanks for your dedication. 💫🙏🫶

All staff were extremely friendly and polite, the breakfast restaurant staff deserve five stars, and each day of our week‑long stay started happily; thank you for giving our whole family such wonderful memories.

Breakfast was good, but a flickering lamp was faulty and it took ages to fix.

The hotel was beautifully designed, the food outstanding, and the facilities excellent; we stayed for 6 nights with our 7‑year‑old and 9‑year‑old, and everything was perfect. The staff were very accommodating, and the location near the subway and the Sanlitun Taikooli area, full of great shops and restaurants, was excellent.
