This hotel is a real gem! The breakfast buffet is amazing, with so many options to choose from. The staff are super friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay.

We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay after our Mt Bromo trip, but things got off to a bit of a rocky start. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm, and when we finally got in, the card didn't work. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and we had to ask for help with our luggage. On the plus side, the room was clean. We were also interested in the in-house massage, but apparently they can only take one customer at a time.

The location was great, super close to my sibling's place, but that's about where the positives end. The bathroom was broken, the sofa was dirty, and the sheets had blood and urine stains - it was pretty clear the hotel wasn't exactly a clean or well-maintained place. The restaurant floor was also dirty, and basic stuff like toilet paper and shampoo were nowhere to be found. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing stay.

The staff at this hotel are really helpful and kind, which made our stay more enjoyable. The family room was a bit of a letdown, though - it's basically the same size as a standard room, with just a bigger bed. The shower area is also pretty cramped, and the water tends to splash everywhere. Still, for the price, it's an okay place to stay.
