The accessibility‑friendly room was very nice, and every staff member was friendly and professional. The only downside is that you’ll pay a lot for a quality hotel in this part of London.

The concierge was the best, and the breakfast crew were okay. The hotel feels like a new place that talks a lot about hospitality but doesn’t match the genuine, long‑standing service of the old Kensington Mandarin Oriental, where guests are truly treated well, especially given how expensive this hotel is.
