Close to the station and on a main road, but the noise didn't bother me; the amenities were ample. The only issue was there was no water.

The room was clean. Nothing else to note.

Having a smoking room was a plus, and paying just 500 yen extra to use it was appreciated.

It was very cheap and close to Shin-Osaka, clean, and the simple breakfast was good. The humidity was high but the day was a bit cool, making it hard to adjust the air conditioning to my liking.
