The location is beautiful, the hotel staff were very nice and humble, they cooked food and it was amazing, but I booked four‑bed rooms and only got two‑bed rooms that were cozy.

The staff were welcoming and the owner was genuinely friendly, and the view from the windows was beautiful. The on‑site restaurant could use some improvement.

The hotel sits far from the city center, and the room was left with a lot of hair from other guests that hadn't been cleaned. Insects kept coming in, so we spent most of our time swatting them with a mosquito bat, a problem that seems linked to food waste piling up in the kitchen. One evening I saw a group of people drinking in the hallway, and the security guard was also drinking when my family entered. There was no one available to open the gates, and the security guard was an elderly man who had trouble moving. The bed was covered with a white blanket that looked like a local one, whereas we found better white blankets in the storage room. The overall attitude of the staff felt poor.
