“天草に行く時は必ず泊まりたくなる宿”
Every member of the staff treated us with genuine kindness and answered all our requests with a smile. There were no real drawbacks; although some areas haven’t been renovated and look a bit dated, the overall cleanliness made it unnoticeable.
“非常に良い”
The room was clean. No particular problems.
“快適で格安”
The renovations give it a fresh, new feel.
The place had been reborn and looked clean; the staff were young and bright.
“最高です！”
I made the reservation online and a dedicated staff member looked after everything, providing solid support that was a huge help; the hotel itself was flawless—stylish, lovely and extremely comfortable. There were no complaints at all.
