Very disappointing: the sofa bed had a brown stain on the mattress cover, and the girl told me there should have been sheets on it—so it was covered with a disgusting brown stain. The fridge and microwave didn’t work, and my husband needed the fridge for his insulin; they couldn’t change the room or provide another fridge. The bagged breakfast for the Marriott was also a turn‑off and disturbing.

The room was spacious, but everything else was extremely disappointing; the pool was closed, which was very frustrating since that was the main reason we chose this hotel, and we could have booked several other options in town instead. When we tried to use the patio area we got locked out, had to bang on the door for someone to let us back in, and were told the door was broken—just a simple sign would have prevented that. The staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping guests; when we arrived around 8 PM to buy water and snacks, no one could be found. Our room was also not properly stocked—there weren’t enough towels and only one packet of coffee for the two of us. It’s been a while since I last stayed with this brand, and unfortunately the experience did not live up to the standard I expected.
