The inner courtyard was absolutely stunning, a beautiful oasis in the midst of the bustling city. Unfortunately, the hotel's Netflix selection was limited to only registered users, which was a bit of a letdown. The ice candies in the onsen were also a bit of a disappointment, lacking the sweetness I was expecting. To top it all off, I felt like I was overcharged for my stay, with no clear refund policy in place.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, going out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the room I was given was a far cry from what I had booked, which was a bit of a letdown. The discrepancy between the booking and the actual room was a major disappointment, and I left feeling a bit frustrated.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the view from the room was a bit of a letdown, with nothing particularly exciting to look at. The bathroom was also a bit of a hassle to get to, requiring a trip on the elevator. I also felt like I wasn't being treated particularly well by the staff, which was a bit of a shame.

I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades I received, which made my stay feel like a real treat. The room was a great place to relax and unwind, with plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy some quiet time. Unfortunately, the outdoor hot spring was a bit of a concern, with the surface looking slippery and potentially hazardous. The food options were also a bit of a letdown, with nothing really standing out as a must-try.
