The location is 100 m from the train station and bus stop 94 that goes to Bologna’s historic centre, the comfort, the quiet, the equipment (fridge, coffee machine, kettle), the simplicity of access thanks to lockers and photos on WhatsApp, and breakfast. Nothing negative; I don’t understand the negative reviews.

The breakfast wasn’t listed, yet there were a coffee machine and other packaged items to make breakfast, plus a fridge with water—unexpected extras that beat my expectations. Everything else was fine.

The room was clean and the breakfast corner was nice, but the building layout doesn’t offer much privacy, which is unavoidable. The value for money is good.
