The location and facilities look nice, but the air conditioning didn’t work when I needed it to sleep at night. I reported it on day one and they never fixed it; they ignored calls and took a long time to reply on WhatsApp. The staff were very unhelpful; if the issue couldn’t be resolved they should have told me, but they just said they would look into it and did nothing.

The place is very quiet and basic but adequate; I wouldn’t recommend it to people who dislike walking or can’t. It was all very dark, so we had to turn on our phones to light the way to the room.
