The hosts were close and friendly, gave plenty of info about the natural surroundings, nearby towns, and local restaurants, and the place was peaceful. The only downside was having to say goodbye to Romi and Ángel.

Both Romi and her husband were excellent, friendly, and eager to make your stay pleasant. My frustration is solely with Booking, not the property: the photo used to showcase “La Posada del Fresno” is a deception—none of the buildings shown are the actual Posada. The real location is on a very narrow street that cars cannot reach, so we had to carry our luggage there (after asking neighbors three times). The Posada has four rooms, two single and two double; when we arrived we had to take the second double (the first was already assigned). It was on the top floor and accessed by a three‑section narrow staircase without a handrail and extremely steep, making it impossible to use with two suitcases. That room is unsuitable for anyone with even mild mobility issues. I feel you misled us: (I) the photo used for the reservation does not reflect reality (II) you cannot offer this establishment without warning that (a) one of the double rooms is not viable for people with minimal impairment or difficulty climbing stairs, and (b) there is no car access.

“Estancia muy agradable”

The staff were very pleasant. The rustic setting was beautiful, the village is lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty.
