The customer service was excellent. Our 27‑meter ensuite was very clean and well‑maintained, with a roomy toilet, a walk‑in shower featuring a rain shower head, and a very comfy bed. Daily housekeeping, a hair dryer, great Wi‑Fi, split A/C, fridge, and kettle were all provided. The bars and restaurant were staffed by great people, and the dining menu offered top‑quality meals.

The location was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and reasonably roomy with good facilities. Parking was in the BWS carpark; we were a bit uneasy about its security, but we didn’t encounter any problems.

The place sits just a short walk from the beach and Main Street, which is fantastic.

The location is good and there’s free parking on site, and the room was tidy with complimentary water bottles. However, the noise level is a real issue: even on weekdays the music blares until midnight, getting louder after 10 pm, and from 6 am you can hear trucks loading. Then from 7–8 am the music starts again, and the other guests are loud too. It’s a real hassle for families with little ones or anyone who sleeps lightly.
